How To Wash And Care For Synthetic Wigs

As many of you know, human hair wigs usually last longer than synthetic wigs. However, with the proper care, synthetic wigs can also last longer than you thought.
How To Wash
1. Gently brush the wig to remove teasing or tangling with a wide tooth comb. When brushing, start at the ends and work your way to the roots.
2. Fill a basin with cool water with synthetic wig shampoo. Never use hot water.
3. Soak your wig for 3-5 minutes, Gently swirl without rubbing.
4. Remove your wig from the basin, and thoroughly rinse in cool water.
5. Gently squeeze excess water and towel blot hair. Never twist or wring your wig.
6. Place on a folding wig stand, spray with leave-in conditioner, and allow to air dry.
7. When the wig is completely dry, it is ready to style. Never style a wet wig.
How To Care
1.When washing, you should always use shampoo that is very light and easy on your hair.
2.Use a conditioner that is very oily, like a deep conditioning treatment (avocado or almond). Rinse off 90% but leave just a little in, to prevent tangling.
3.Do not blow dry, this will cause a lot of useless tangles that will ruin your wig. Wrap them up in a towel, and let them sit dry without interfering.
44.After dry, take a large bristle brush and brush out any knots in them. Then you can proceed to add any hair conditioner or leave in treatment and detangler.
If you follow these steps and tips, your synthetic wigs will definitely last longer than usual. And you can find different wigs on
